1100hrs - U11 girls/boys
1130hrs - U13 girls
1200hrs - U13 boys
1230hrs - U15 girls/boys
1300hrs - U17W/U20W/SW
1345hrs - U17M/U20M/SM
1445hrs - M40/M50/M60
1530hrs - F40/F50/F60

Teams
All teams will consist of 3 athletes, except the U17M/U20M/SM race which will consist of 4 athletes per team.
U17s can choose to run as part of senior teams or form a complete U17 team. 

Masters may choose to run in senior teams and/or the dedicated masters race.
Age groups are based on the X/C season.
