We are sad to announce that Crawley AC official and devoted follower of athletics Chris Wells passed away on Thursday after a short illness in hospital.
Chris was a member of Crawley AC for more than 25 years, supporting her daughters in athletics and turning her hand to officiating in Sussex. Chris could always be found in the announcers box recording results and cheering on the team.
For anyone wishing to attend the funeral of Chris Wells. Arrangements have now been made: Wednesday 25th Oct @ 12:45 Surrey and Sussex Crematorium Balcombe Road RH10 3NQ St Richards Chapel.
The wake will take place at the Heathy Farm pub opposite the crematorium from 1:30. It would be lovely if you could join us.
